  • Afati i vlefshmërisë së kartelës

    Gjendja aktive – 90 ditë

    Që nga momenti kur keni vendosur SIM kartelën në telefonin tuaj, ju e keni aktivizuar llogarinë dhe mund të bëni dhe pranoni thirrje në mënyrë të rregullt. Me rimbushjen e llogarisë, numri juaj do të vazhdojë të jetë aktiv për maksimum 90 ditë.

    Gjendja joaktive – 14 ditë

    Ju hyni në gjendjen joaktive të llogarisë suaj nëse keni kaluar 90 ditë pas datës kur është mbushur llogaria për herë të fundit. Në këtë gjendje ju mund ta përdorni llogarinë vetëm për të pranuar thirrje dhe SMS.
    Poashtu, gjendja joaktive e llogarisë ju lejon që ta rimbushni llogarinë, të bëni thirrje në numrat emergjentë dhe të kontaktoni Kujdesin për Klientë të Z Mobile.

    Gjendja e skaduar – 7 ditë

    Nëse edhe pas kalimit të gjendjes joaktive, ju nuk e rimbushni llogarinë
    tuaj, atëherë do të kaloni në gjendjen e skaduar.
    Në këtë gjendje mund të bëni thirrje vetëm në numrat emergjentë
    apo të rimbushni llogarinë. Pranimi i thirrjeve apo SMS nuk është i
    lejuar. Llogaria mund të aktivizohet vetëm me rimbushje.

    Bllokimi i plotë i numrit

    Në këtë gjendje ju nuk mund të realizoni asnjë thirrje sepse numri i juaj
    është i bllokuar dhe i ndërprerë përfundimisht.
    Poashtu vlera e mbetur në llogarinë tuaj do të humbet së bashku me
    numrin.
    Ju nuk do të mund ta riaktivizoni numrin tuaj.

    To make a phone call you need to press the entry code along with the respective number. To receive or make a phone call within the territory of Republic of Kosova the Z.Mobile entry code is  045 XXX XXX . To receive a phone call from abroad the Z.Mobile entry code should be followed by country code  +377 45 XXX XXX

    Administering Talk to 10 circle

    All users of prepaid and postpaid packages can administer their circle “Talk to 10” to see or modify the list of registered numbers. To enable this option, you have to press the following numbers:

    To remove a number from your circle, type
    *131*1* Requested number #
    To add a number in your circle, type
    *131*2* Requested number #
    Talk to 10 circle can be modified even through calling the operator at 888

    Check account status

    You can check your account status at any time. To check your account status you have to press the code as follow:
    *101#
    Afterwards in your mobile display you will receive your account status and the expiry date of your Z.Mobile account. Other free services like SMS, MMS and Internet will be shown also.
    If you are abroad, you can check your account status in the same way, using the same code:

    You can select the language you want for all the services that Z.Mobile offers for you.
    To select your preferred language you need to press:

    Language numbers are:
    1 – English
    2 – Albanian
    3 – Serbian

    Z Mobile enables all subscribers to modify their fee plan. After activating your number your main fee plan will be “Talk to 10” You can check or modify your fee plan using this code:

    After pressing this code: *133*#, your screen will display the list of fee plans along with their identify numbers offered by Z Mobile.

    For selecting the fee plan you want you have to press:
    *133* number of identifying rate #

    To select the first rate with identified number 1 press *133*1#

  • Instruction on how to charge your account
    Instruction on how to charge your account

    You can purchase Z.Mobile refilling cards to any our selling points and our authorized distributors throughout the territory of Republic of Kosova. Refilling cards has a hidden number underneath of the scratching panel which allows you to recharge your account.
    To charge your account, first of scratch off the hidden numbers in the scratching card then write the numbers as follow:

    *103* revealed # and press call button.

    After the recharging, you will receive a confirmation that your account is charged with success by showing you the current balance along with bonuses earned.

    Z Mobile allows all customers to do credit transfers from one number to other number.
    To complete the transfer of credit, you must use code *121* as follow:

    Example:
    To transfer 3 EURO, press *121*045123456*3#
    Afterwards you will receive a confirmation that the transfer has been completed with success.
